RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY —
MN Drone Pilot (JL4 LLC)Return window: Unopened, unactivated products may be returned within [15] days of delivery for a refund.
Condition requirements: Items must be in original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
Drones that have been activated, bound to a DJI account, or flown cannot be returned — activation registers the aircraft with DJI and it can no longer be sold as new. This is standard across all DJI retailers. Defective or DOA products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [7] days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, and we'll walk you through DJI's warranty process for anything that fails after activation.
Warranty service on all our products is backed by DJI because every unit comes through authorized U.S. distribution. How to start a return: Email justin@mndronepilot.com or call952-392-9691 with your order number.
We'll issue a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization can't be processed.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns. We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to opened , non-defective returns.] Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within[5–10] business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Exclusions: Gift cards, opened software/activation cards, and clearance items marked final sale are not returnable.
